Depending on the form you complete, this may include your name, contact information, age or date of birth, school information, housing situation, household details and the items or support you are requesting.

How we use it

We use the information to review your request, prepare for your intake appointment, coordinate assistance or referrals, and follow up with you. Assistance requests are private and are never published on this website.

Who can see it

Access is limited to authorized SpiritLove staff and volunteers who need it to provide support. We may share limited information with a partner organization when we refer you to them, and we will tell you when we do.

Stories and photos

We never turn an assistance request into a public story. Any story or photo we publish is created separately and shared only with permission.

Your choices

You may ask us to update or delete the information you shared, or to stop contacting you, by reaching our team through the contact page.
